- You develop growth hypotheses and execute projects yourself using creative tools, AI agents and visual content.
- You use AI not as a toy, but as a productivity multiplier: you know what's possible today and you're already trying what's next tomorrow.
- You have a keen sense of business impact, design and content.
- You are data-driven, not gut-driven.
You work deeply embedded as part of our 12+ person marketing & product growth team and collaborate across all functions – from performance to CRM to content.
Your profile
- You want ownership of problems, not simple lists of tasks. You think along and always understand the "why" before you dive in.
- You have a proven track record of building and finishing projects, not just conceptualising them. You are incredibly hands-on: you’re not afraid to really build the landing page yourself, talk to an agency yourself or draft a real design.
- You think strategically, but you don't get lost in strategy. In the end, what matters is what goes live.
- You have experience in a fast-growing environment – startup, scale-up, management consulting, or similar.
- You are fully business fluent in English. German, Danish, Dutch or Norwegian are beneficial.
- We don't care what you are studying.
