As our AI & Automation Specialist, you are not just a strategist; you are a Builder. You will be the driving force behind our internal efficiency, turning AI from a buzzword into a massive operational multiplier. You will work directly with our founders and C-level to identify friction in our growth engine and dismantle it by shipping smart, automated solutions.

Your mission

  • Operational Transformation: Proactively identify bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to build tools and automations that eliminate manual work.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Shipping: Use AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to build internal apps, dashboards, and workflows. You prioritize "impact over polish" and iterate based on real team feedback.
  • AI Evangelism: Act as the internal go-to expert, empowering the entire MYNE team to leverage AI effectively and stay at the forefront of technological adoption.
  • Strategic Architecture: Work alongside the C-Level to define where AI and automation unlock the next level of global scale, ensuring our infrastructure remains lean and high-performing.
  • Integration & Scaling: Design and implement seamless data flows between our core systems, ensuring that AI-driven features (like automated lead scoring or document processing) integrate perfectly into our daily operations.
  • Product Ownership: Own the automation & AI roadmap from ideation to deployment. You see a problem, build the solution, and measure the ROI in hours saved and revenue generated.

Your profile

  • Builder DNA: You have a proven track record of creating things—whether it's scripts, bots, internal tools, or side projects—because you love solving problems with technology.
  • AI-Native Workflow: You are an early adopter who uses AI tools daily to accelerate your own output. You have deep opinions on the current LLM landscape and emerging automation trends.
  • Technical Resourcefulness: You are "dangerously technical." Whether it’s Python, JavaScript, APIs, or advanced no-code platforms (n8n, Make), you know how to leverage the right stack to ship working products quickly.
  • Business-Minded Logic: You don't just build for the sake of tech; you think in terms of business impact, scalability, and ROI. You understand how a smoother process in Legal or Finance translates to company growth.
  • Relentless Curiosity: You are the person who reads changelogs for fun and tries every new AI agent the week it launches. You thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup.
  • Communication & Enablement: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear benefits for non-technical stakeholders and enjoy teaching others how to work smarter.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. German is a strong plus, as we operate heavily in the DACH market.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field is great, but your portfolio of built projects and your ability to "get things done" matter more.
