Senior Manager Finance & Accounting (m/f/x)

In your role as Senior Manager Finance & Accounting (m/f/x), you will be part of our Accounting Team, taking ownership of all topics related to ongoing bookkeeping while gaining insights into a diverse range of tasks within the real estate sector.

• Financial accounting for the entire group of companies (partnerships and corporations).
• Management of payment transactions and bank account administration.
• Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconciliation of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Collaboration with other departments to clarify accounting-related queries.
• Liaising with national and international tax firms.
• Insights into international accounting standards.
• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Cost center accounting.
• Conceptual design and optimization of financial processes.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Successfully completed vocational training as an Accountant, Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r), or a similar qualification. Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Senior Accountant/Balance Sheet Accountant) are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of DATEV.
• Professional experience in the real estate industry is ideal.

• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
