Your mission

Your Mission: Turning Dreams into Reality
  • Dealmaker & Visionary: You are responsible for selling shares of premium vacation homes across Europe—from villas in Ibiza to chalets in the Alps.
  • Closing Excellence: You advise high-profile inbound leads as a peer. You don’t just sell a product; you sell the innovative concept of co-ownership.
  • Customer Journey Designer: You guide your clients with charm and expertise through the entire sales cycle—from the first inspiring conversation to the final "welcome home."
  • Strategic Mindset: Working with our Sales Development team, you’ll optimize processes and help shape the sales strategy of one of Europe’s most exciting PropTech startups.

Your profile

Your Profile: Confidence Meets Drive
  • Deep Experience: You have at least 6 years of success in high-end B2C or B2B sales (e.g., real estate, SaaS, luxury goods, or financial services). You know how to close deals at the highest level.
  • Background: A degree in business, real estate, or communications is your foundation, but your sales talent is your superpower.
  • Personality: You aren’t just a "salesperson"—you are a trusted advisor. You work independently, stay organized, and bring a healthy "hunter" mentality.
  • Communication Skills: Your German is brilliant, and your English is business-fluent. Any additional European language is a major plus for our international portfolio.
