Lead Real Estate Operations (m/f/x)

In your role as Lead Real Estate Operations (m/f/x), you will take full responsibility for all technical and maintenance matters of our properties. You will lead a growing team of Real Estate Maintenance Managers, continuously optimize processes and standards, and ensure that our properties are in pristine condition at all times.

• Full responsibility for all matters regarding technology, maintenance, operations, and repairs to ensure excellent property conditions at all times.
• Leadership and continuous development of a growing team of technicians and maintenance managers across multiple countries.
• Management of relationships with local service providers and tradespeople, including assignment coordination and expansion of the partner network.
• Continuous refinement of quality standards and operational processes, alongside on-side compliance checks.
• Tech-driven process optimization in close collaboration with the IT team to maximize efficiency within your area of responsibility.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in technical maintenance, facility management (hospitality or vacation real estate), construction project management, or a related field.
• Profound expertise in building and scaling processes, standards, and operational structures in a growing environment (e.g., Operating Playbooks, SLAs, ticketing systems, reporting).
• Proven track record in leading decentralized teams and managing external service providers and vendors.
• Hands-on, structured, and process-driven mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• High adaptability and enthusiasm for fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken); proficiency in German, Italian, or French is an advantage.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• High willingness to travel within Europe.
