As part of the Inside Sales Manager Team, you drive the sales process – from qualifying registered leads and coordinating in-depth consultations and viewings to supporting the final sale.

Your mission

  • Prepare the sale of shares in exclusive vacation properties across Europe’s most beautiful destinations.
  • Initial consultation and qualification of registered leads regarding our model and properties.
  • Coordinate in-depth consultations and viewings for the sales team.
  • Help shape and continuously evolve sales strategies and processes.
  • Primary work location is the office, with remote work (Home Office) options available.

Your profile

We are looking for personalities who love consulting and sales in the premium segment with sophisticated clients and who can convince them with extensive competence and enthusiasm:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end B2C or B2B sales – ideally in the real estate industry, SaaS, or similar demanding environments.
  • Strong customer focus as well as an independent, structured, and precise way of working.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and perseverance.
  • A passion for real estate, travel, and interior design.
