In Deiner Rolle als Tax Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für sämtliche operativen steuerlichen Fragestellungen innerhalb der MYNE-Gruppe. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Accounting sowie externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Steuererklärungen korrekt, fristgerecht und regelkonform erstellt werden. Die Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und fachlicher Tiefe.

Deine Aufgaben

Betreuung sämtlicher steuerlich relevanten Belege und Sachverhalte innerhalb der MYNE-Gruppe.
Prüfung, Koordination und fachliche Qualitätssicherung der Steuererklärungen.
Sicherstellung der steuerlichen Compliance in allen relevanten Ländern.
Koordination und Steuerung externer Steuerberater im In- und Ausland.
Ansprechpartner/in für steuerliche Fragestellungen aus Finance, Sales, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen.
Überwachung von Fristen, Bescheiden und steuerlichen Meldungen in den jeweiligen Ländern.
Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen sowie bei Rückfragen von Behörden.
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung steuerlicher Prozesse und Dokumentationen.
Sicherstellung der korrekten steuerlichen Abbildung von Immobilien- und KG-Strukturen.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Steuerlehre, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerbereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen Steuerrecht; internationale Steuergrundlagen von Vorteil.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern.
Hohes Verständnis für Tax Compliance sowie regulatorische Anforderungen.
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

In your role as Tax Manager (m/f/x), you will take responsibility for all operational tax matters within the MYNE Group. You will work closely with the Accounting department as well as external tax advisors and auditors, ensuring that tax returns are prepared accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations. This position requires a high degree of independence and technical expertise.

Your mission

Management of all tax-relevant documents and transactions within the MYNE Group.
Review, coordination, and quality assurance of tax returns.
Ensuring tax compliance across all relevant countries.
Coordinating and managing external tax advisors both domestically and abroad.
Key point of contact for tax-related inquiries from Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
Monitoring deadlines, tax assessments, and filings in the respective countries.
Supporting tax audits and handling inquiries from tax authorities.
Assisting in the optimization of tax processes and documentation.
Ensuring the correct tax representation of real estate and limited partnership (KG) structures.

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Taxation, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in taxation, ideally in an international environment.
Sound knowledge of national tax law; basic knowledge of international tax law is an advantage.
Experience in collaborating with external tax advisors.
Deep understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working.
Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Excellent German and English skills.
