Tax Manager (m/f/x)

In your role as Tax Manager (m/f/x), you will take responsibility for all operational tax matters within the MYNE Group. You will work closely with the Accounting department as well as external tax advisors and auditors, ensuring that tax returns are prepared accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations. This position requires a high degree of independence and technical expertise.

• Management of all tax-relevant documents and transactions within the MYNE Group.
• Review, coordination, and quality assurance of tax returns.
• Ensuring tax compliance across all relevant countries.
• Coordinating and managing external tax advisors both domestically and abroad.
• Key point of contact for tax-related inquiries from Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Monitoring deadlines, tax assessments, and filings in the respective countries.
• Supporting tax audits and handling inquiries from tax authorities.
• Assisting in the optimization of tax processes and documentation.
• Ensuring the correct tax representation of real estate and limited partnership (KG) structures.

• Degree in Business Administration, Taxation, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in taxation, ideally in an international environment.
• Sound knowledge of national tax law; basic knowledge of international tax law is an advantage.
• Experience in collaborating with external tax advisors.
• Deep understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working.
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Excellent German and English skills.
