In your role as Team Lead Accounting (m/f/x), you will lead our accounting team both functionally and disciplinarily. You are responsible for the accounting of our corporate group, which includes over 100 real estate limited partnerships (KGs) as well as operative entities. A unique aspect of this role: The annual financial statements of our real estate companies are part of the MYNE product and are provided to our customers—accordingly, the requirements for quality, clarity, and punctuality are exceptionally high.

Your mission
- Leadership and Development: Lead the accounting team (4 Senior Accountants, 2 working students) and support their professional growth.
- Overall Responsibility: Oversee financial accounting for more than 100 real estate limited partnerships (KGs) and several operative entities.
- Financial Statements: Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German GAAP).
- Product-Grade Quality: Ensure audit-proof, transparent, and customer-oriented annual statements for our co-owners.
- Quality Assurance: Technical quality assurance of all accounting processes.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate and support annual audits in collaboration with external auditors.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Accounting: Manage shareholder accounts, loans, provisions, and accruals.
- Process Optimization: Further develop and standardize accounting processes with a focus on scalability and product quality.
- Systems & Tools: Support system and tool-related topics, particularly regarding DATEV and ERP developments.
Your profile
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally with leadership experience.
- Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
- Certifications: Additional qualification as a Certified Senior Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter/in) is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate industry is desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Work Style: Structured and analytical approach combined with strong organizational talent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in DATEV, Odoo, and MS Office (especially Excel).
