In your role as Working Student – Owner Administration (m/f/x), you will take an active part in managing our co-ownership concept and support our teams with ongoing projects and daily administrative tasks.

About MYNE
Your mission
- Support Co-Ownership Management: Communication as well as data management and maintenance.
- Research: Conduct research on requirements and developments within the co-ownership sector.
- Administrative Support: Handle organizational tasks to keep the team's "back free" for core operations.
- Documentation: Manage physical and digital filing of all incoming documents.
- Finance Support: Assist with preparatory accounting tasks.
- Proactivity: Take on tasks proactively and show initiative in process optimization.
Your profile
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Initial experience in real estate, administration, or finance (through internships or previous working student roles) is ideal.
- Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, while prioritizing tasks to reliably meet deadlines.
- Team player with a strong commitment to solving challenges.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and structured way of working.
- Languages: Fluent in German and very good command of English.
- IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office is required.
