In your role as Sales Coordinator (m/f/x), you will proactively take charge of coordinating key processes within the sales team and support the ongoing growth and expansion of the department.

Your mission

  • You act as the interface between Sales, other internal teams, and external partners, handling vital communication and coordination tasks.
  • You support the sales team in pipeline management, providing administrative and procedural support to ensure the team can focus on their core goals.
  • Leveraging your organizational and communication skills, you coordinate colleagues and external partners.
  • A major focus lies on the coordination of property viewings: You schedule appointments with clients, colleagues, and external partners, maintaining a clear overview even in complex situations and finding solution-oriented approaches when plans change or special requirements arise.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree or an excellent vocational training in the fields of Real Estate, Administration, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Professional experience in sales, team, or management assistance.
  • Convincing communication skills and a passion for interacting with people.
  • You enjoy being on the phone and organizing tasks.
  • A customer-oriented and diligent way of working, combined with strong organizational skills and high commitment.
  • Proficiency in common IT/office software.
  • Fluent in German and very good command of English. An additional European language is a plus.
