In your role as Property Manager – Italy (m/f/x), you will support our local Operations Team in Italy, specifically around the Lake Como or Lake Garda region.

Your mission

You are responsible for the technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Italy.
You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers and ensure high-quality execution.
You oversee renovation projects and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, real estate, interior design, facility management, building technology, or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of real estate and hands-on craftsmanship skills.
Extensive experience in property management as well as planning and monitoring construction/renovation measures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
You hold a valid Class B (car) driver’s license.
