Als Finance Intern (m/w/d) wirst du Teil eines zentralen Projekts: der erstmaligen Implementierung unseres ERP-Systems Odoo. Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Operations, externen Implementierungspartnern und weiteren internen Stakeholdern zusammen und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in den Aufbau und die Skalierung eines modernen Finance-Setups.

Der Schwerpunkt deines Praktikums liegt auf der operativen Begleitung der Odoo-Implementierung, kombiniert mit First Level Support für finance-relevante Prozesse. Dabei lernst du nicht nur Buchhaltung „aus der Theorie“, sondern erlebst hautnah, wie Finanzprozesse in einem wachsenden Unternehmen systemseitig abgebildet, getestet und optimiert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

ERP / Odoo Implementierung

Aktive Mitwirkung bei der erstmaligen Einführung von Odoo als ERP-System.
Unterstützung bei der Abbildung, Dokumentation und dem Testing von Finance-Prozessen im ERP.
First Level Support für interne Teams bei Fragen rund um Odoo und finance-relevante Workflows.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern (Finance, Operations, Tech, Implementierungspartner).

Operatives Finance & Accounting

Vorbereitende Buchhaltung der Kreditkartenabrechnungen und Eingangsrechnungen aller Teams
Erfassung und Zuordnung aller buchhalterisch relevanten Geschäftsvorfälle für unsere Gesellschaften
Erfassung und Vor-Kontierung aller Eingangsrechnungen in unserem digitalen Expense Management Tool (Finway)
Überwachung der Zahlungsausgänge sowie Unterstützung bei der Kontenklärung
Erstellung von Intercompany-Rechnungen
Unterstützung bei Ad-hoc-Analysen und Auswertungen für Finance und Management

Dein Profil

Eingeschriebene/r Student/in für Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Finance.
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit Hands-On-Mentalität.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, und PowerPoint).
Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 5-6 Monate

As a Finance Intern (m/f/x), you will become part of a pivotal project: the initial implementation of our ERP system, Odoo. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, external implementation partners, and other internal stakeholders, gaining deep insights into building and scaling a modern finance setup.

The focus of your internship is the operational support of the Odoo implementation, combined with first-level support for finance-related processes. You won't just learn accounting "in theory"—you will experience firsthand how financial processes are mapped, tested, and optimized within a growing company's systems.

Your mission

ERP / Odoo Implementation

Active participation in the initial rollout of Odoo as our ERP system.
Support in mapping, documenting, and testing finance processes within the ERP.
First-level support for internal teams regarding Odoo queries and finance-related workflows.
Close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Tech, implementation partners).

Operational Finance & Accounting

Preparatory accounting for credit card statements and incoming invoices across all teams.
Recording and allocating all relevant business transactions for our legal entities.
Entry and pre-account assignment of all incoming invoices in our digital expense management tool (Finway).
Monitoring outgoing payments and assisting with account reconciliation.
Creating intercompany invoices.
Support for ad-hoc analyses and reports for Finance and Management.

Your profile

Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on Accounting/Finance.
Meticulous and structured way of working.
Strong organizational talent with a hands-on mentality.
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Availability for at least 5–6 months.
