Senior Project Manager (m/f/x) - Real Estate

• Project Management: You independently manage and are responsible for projects in the areas of Owner Service, Launch, and Regional Management on a European level.
• Coordination: You coordinate cross-departmental internal teams as well as external partners and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Strategic Expansion: You take on a central role in the planning, preparation, and implementation of new regions, services, and processes.
• Interface Management: You act as a link between the headquarters, the regional teams, and the management, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
• Process Optimization: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for optimization, and develop sustainable solutions for increasing efficiency.
• High Willingness to Travel within Europe and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

• Education: Completed studies in Real Estate, Project Management, Hospitality, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of Operations, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
• Skills: Very good organizational and analytical understanding as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Mindset: High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility: High willingness to travel within Europe and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
